Aspen Ladd

Aspen Ladd began her journey to combat sports at teenager age. As well as BJJ classes as well, she was also trained in boxing, wrestling and kickboxing. At age 18 years old, Ladd had her debut as an amateur at WCFC. Ladd had an amazing 3-fight winning streak at Ultimate Reno Combat. In the three fights, she defeated her opponent in the very first round. She then returned to WCFC where she defeated Leslie Rodriguez by unanimous decision. Aspen has already beaten Silvia Baeghian and Maddy Simmons, before taking against Cynthia Calvillo. Cynthia had a superior record to Aspen as she beat her in a unanimously voted victory. Cynthia's amateur records were marred. Ladd was victorious in her subsequent fight in a fight with Roma Pawelek to improve to a record of 8-1. Aspen signed her contract with Invicta FC in 2015 to make her debut as a pro. Invicta Aspen fought Ana Carolina Vidal in Invicta 2011 and won via one-round TKO. Invicta Combat Championships 16, She won the following match in the fight against Amanda Cooper through a second-round submission by armbar. Aspen employed her impressive wrestler skills to knock down McGill and ended her via third round TKO(elbows or punches). Aspen was then matched against Jessica Hoy, at Invicta FC 18. Aspen fought Hoy as a catchweight (138.1lb) because Ladd did not gain weight. Aspen still dominated Hoy to finish her in second round by TKO. Invicta FC 28 was her last bout for the organization. Invicta FC 22 saw Sijara Eubanks defeated by an unanimous decision. Aspen Ladd made her UFC debut at UFC Fight Night 118 against Lina Lansberg. She outclassed Lina by pound-for-pound, and took the TKO round at the end of the second. Ladd continued to dominate and picked up a more stunning victory in her next fight against Tonya Evinger in UFC 229. Ladd ended Evinger during the first round and got her a night's performance bonus. Her first major fight came during her subsequent fight in UFC Fight Night dos Anjos against. Lee against Sijara Eubanks in the Invicta FC rematch. Ladd won the night's fight bonus fight after the two fighters engaged in hard in a tense combat. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie stopped Ladd's winning streak with just 16 seconds. Then she bounced back and defeated Yana Kunitskaya during the third round in UFC at ESPN 7. Her most recent bout for the UFC she fought Norma Dumont at UFC Fight Night 195 as a replacement fight. She lost the fight via unanimous decision.

One child was strapped onto my back while another crawled around in the playpen. I worked 12 hour days for months sanding and removing wallpaper, with one child. Ha!
